I wish I could take back all of my stars. Let me explain what happened. Before we even had gotten out plate after buying the suv the breaks go out on the car that made us coast through a stop sign. We had the suv towed to a break place and we were told that the breaks have been worn out for quite some time, the break pads were completely gone, the caliber is gone and the rooters are broken. This cost us 650 dollars to fix less than 90 days after purchase. They also informed us that a leaf spring is broken, the shocks are worn out and a hanger barring needs to be replaced.
Ira Hale is straight forward with you. No need to haggle, he has a price and a payment in mind. He has sold us four vehicles, all were exactly as he said. The four year warranty is the best!
Bad Customer Service
I will never go back and buy another vehicle from these people and I will let everyone know what happened. A simple apology would have gone so much further than sorry for your luck but we got your money and you got the problems. I will post this everywhere and be very vocal about this. If someone offered to make these issues right you would have had a happy customer. But no, y'all decided to take the typical used car salesman route.
So when we went back to voice our complaints of the gross negligence of the breaks completely failing and the high risk they put us in all we from the secretary (a manager would not speak with us) is that we bought it as is and it's basically our problem.
Now when we both test drove the suv we did tell the sales lady Rachael that the breaks felt soft and could they please check them with the mechanic that is on staff.
