My visit was amazing. On my drive back home from San Antonio my wonderful fiancé saw the billboard and we stopped in. Even thought I did not have an appointment Sarah took me right into the showroom and we FOUND my dress. Best bridal experience so far!!!
Loved my experience at Jo Ann’s! Fallyn was an amazing consultant. She was so knowledgeable about the dresses and pulled the perfect one for me, which I wouldn’t have tried on if it weren’t for her suggestion. Dresses are reasonably priced too! Highly recommend.
The staff was very helpful. I didn't feel pressure in my choices. It's a great place to look for your prom dress! Beautiful dresses!
We had a wonderful experience today at Jo Ann's Bridal. We went to find my daughter a prom / pageant dress and ended up buying two dresses and one pair of shoes. Avery was the sales girl who helped pick out what we were looking for and Rachel was a angel in the dressing room. We could not decided between the two so Rachel was so sweet and let her try on both dresses several times. Not to mention we also tried on about 15 others. The alteration lady was in store and got us set up for alterations. (She was very nice too) We got $30 off on shoes because it was our first visit. We got there right when they opened and they greeted us at the door and found out what we were looking for. I can't say enough great things! A lot of other prom girls showed up to shop and they had plenty of sales and dressing room help! They are very nice to everyone!! Also very patient!!
I honestly was worried about wedding dress shopping due to hearing others experience at other dress shops. This place is AMAZING!!! I found my dress (the perfect dress) in 45 minutes and ended up finding my bridesmaid dresses as well! Definitely would recommend!
